Peoplework was founded by Dr. Janet Greenwood in 1985 and since then we have been serving the needs of children and adults. Over the years, we incorporated, expanded our services and became Peoplework4CareHomes .  Our Vice President, Ms. Cindy Kinnard, brings a unique set of talents and combines her program development experience, ABA knowledge and business savvy in assisting new Carehome owners in the development of their Behavior Plans following the guidelines of the Regional Center.

We serve as an advocate for new and established Carehome owners. Peoplework assists you in meeting the strict standards and compliance policies to ensure your success.  We are well known to Alta Regional Center and often attend planning meetings, acting as advocates for our contracted Carehome owners.  We consult with your representatives at the Regional Center, providing services and support each step of the way to ensure the successful growth and development of your Carehome or Day Program.

We work to develop and maintain a close working relationship with our Carehome and Day Program owners and work beside you as long-term partners, providing on-going training for your staff, state-of-the art Behavioral Consultation for your consumers and assist with the development of your expanding business as needed.

Dr. Janet Greenwood, President of Peoplework4CareHomes Inc., has a doctorate in psychology, is a Registered Nurse and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 25 years experience.  Her training and expertise is reflected in the comprehensive Behavioral Consultation services provided by our team of Consultants .  As an RN, Janet provides monthly reviews all the medications for each consumer as part of our team coordination.  We recognize the importance of reviewing all the medicines being prescribed for your consumers and the physical reactions that can complicate Behavior .  Additionally, with Dr. Greenwood ’s in-depth experience, training and psychotherapeutic expertise, Peoplework is well equipped to address and manage mental health issues as part of the Behavioral Intervention Plan and provide crisis Consultation for our Carehome owners as needed .

We realize that the state and county mental health resources are running at maximum capacity and there will be times when you have urgent matters that you would like to discuss with a professional.  All our contracted Carehome owners are provided with the direct cellular phone numbers to be able to reach Dr. Janet Greenwood, President and Ms. Cindy Kinnard, Vice President.  Our commitment to being here for you is backed by action.

Our Carehome owners rest assured knowing they can have access to telephone Consultation with Dr. Greenwood , Ms. Cindy Kinnard, and our Behavioral team when you have an urgent Behavioral , psychiatric, and/or medical question.

Peoplework serves Northern California from our corporate office in Elk Grove , California, near Sacramento . We provide Behavioral Consultation for Residential Care Homes, Day Programs and alternative Care settings throughout Northern California .  Dr. Greenwood is a California state licensed provider of Continuing Education for Registered Nurses, Marriage & Family Therapists, Social Workers etc. in the State of California .
